SnapTech Shipping Policy


1. Delivery Areas

SnapTech delivers nationwide across South Africa. For large equipment orders, we use trusted freight partners to ensure your items arrive safely and on time.


2. Dispatch Timeframes

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days once payment is confirmed. For items that require assembly, setup, or custom requests, additional lead time may apply. We’ll always keep you informed.


3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times:

 

  • Main Cities: 2–5 working days

  • Outlying Areas: 5–10 working days

 


Please note that delivery timelines may vary due to freight schedules, public holidays, or remote area logistics.


4. Freight & Heavy Equipment Delivery

For lifts, hoists, and other large machinery, delivery is handled via specialized freight services. These items require a suitable offloading area and may require a forklift or manpower on-site for offloading. Our team will confirm all delivery details with you beforehand.


5. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated based on item size, weight, and destination. You’ll receive a detailed quotation including freight before final confirmation. Alternatively, customers may arrange their own collection from our warehouse.


6. Tracking & Notifications

Once your order is dispatched, tracking information will be sent to you via email or WhatsApp. For large orders, our team may also coordinate with you directly to confirm delivery arrangements.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Send photos and a short description of the issue to accounts@snaptechafrica.co.za or contact us directly. We will resolve it as quickly and professionally as possible.


8. Self-Collection Option

If you prefer to collect your order in person, you may do so from our SnapTech warehouse in Midrand or Durban. Please book your collection in advance so we can prepare your order for pickup.
